Flight School Europe is een door EASA erkende vliegschool (ATO) die opleidingen en trainingen verzorgt voor (aspirant-)piloten. Wij zijn verantwoordelijk voor de verwerking van persoonsgegevens zoals weergegeven in deze verklaring.

2. Welke persoonsgegevens verwerken wij?
Wij verwerken uitsluitend persoonsgegevens die noodzakelijk zijn voor onze dienstverlening, waaronder:

Medische geschiktheid (Class 1 of 2 certificaat)

Kopieën van relevante brevetten, licenties en identiteitsdocumenten

3. Waarom verwerken wij deze gegevens?
Wij verwerken jouw gegevens uitsluitend voor:
Het correct uitvoeren van vliegopleidingen en trainingen
Wettelijke verplichtingen (bijv. registratie en rapportage aan inspecties of autoriteiten)
Facturatie en administratie
Contact over planning, training en voortgang
Beveiliging van onze locatie(s) en eigendommen
4. Delen van persoonsgegevens met derden
Wij delen jouw gegevens alleen met derden als dat noodzakelijk is voor onze dienstverlening of als wij daartoe wettelijk verplicht zijn, zoals:
De Inspectie Leefomgeving en Transport (ILT)
EASA of nationale luchtvaartautoriteiten
Softwareleveranciers (bijv. boekingssysteem of CRM)
Financiële administratie (boekhouder)
Wij zorgen er altijd voor dat deze partijen zorgvuldig omgaan met jouw gegevens en passende beveiligingsmaatregelen nemen.
5. Hoe lang bewaren wij je gegevens?
Wij bewaren persoonsgegevens niet langer dan strikt nodig is.
Wettelijke bewaartermijn opleidingsgegevens: 5 tot 10 jaar
Financiële administratie: 7 jaar (fiscale verplichting)
Overige communicatie: maximaal 2 jaar na afronding van de opleiding
6. Beveiliging van jouw gegevens
Wij nemen passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen om jouw gegevens te beschermen tegen verlies, misbruik, onbevoegde toegang of openbaarmaking. Denk hierbij aan versleutelde opslag, toegangsbeveiliging en veilige back-ups.
7. Jouw rechten
Je hebt het recht om:
Inzage te krijgen in jouw gegevens
Gegevens te laten corrigeren of verwijderen
Bezwaar te maken tegen verwerking
Gegevens over te dragen aan een andere partij (dataportabiliteit)
