Gebruiksvoorwaarden – Flight School Europe (ATO)

1. Algemeen

Deze voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle diensten en trainingen aangeboden door Flight School Europe, een door EASA erkende ATO gevestigd te Rotterdam. Door gebruik te maken van onze diensten verklaart de cursist zich akkoord met deze voorwaarden.

2. Inschrijving & Betaling

  • Inschrijving is pas definitief na schriftelijke bevestiging en betaling van het afgesproken bedrag.

  • Alle prijzen zijn inclusief BTW, tenzij anders vermeld.

  • Betalingen dienen vooraf te worden voldaan, tenzij schriftelijk anders overeengekomen.

3. Annulering & Wijziging

  • Annuleren kan kosteloos tot 7 dagen vóór aanvang van de training. Daarna worden kosten in rekening gebracht.

  • In geval van no-show of te late annulering wordt het volledige bedrag gefactureerd.

  • De vliegschool behoudt zich het recht voor om lessen te verplaatsen of annuleren bij onvoorziene omstandigheden (zoals weersomstandigheden of technische storingen).

4. Verantwoordelijkheid & Aansprakelijkheid

  • De cursist is verantwoordelijk voor het correct opvolgen van instructies en veiligheidsprocedures.

  • De vliegschool is niet aansprakelijk voor persoonlijk letsel, verlies of schade aan eigendommen, tenzij veroorzaakt door grove nalatigheid.

  • Cursisten dienen over een geldige medische keuring (Class 1 of 2) te beschikken vóór aanvang van praktijktraining.

5. Gedrag & Veiligheid

  • Onveilig gedrag, gebruik van alcohol of drugs, of het niet opvolgen van instructies kan leiden tot onmiddellijke beëindiging van de training zonder restitutie.

  • Cursisten worden geacht alle EASA- en lokale regelgeving na te leven.

6. Intellectueel Eigendom

  • Lesmateriaal, documenten en procedures blijven eigendom van de vliegschool en mogen niet zonder toestemming worden gekopieerd of verspreid.

7. Toepasselijk Recht

Op deze voorwaarden is Nederlands recht van toepassing. Geschillen worden voorgelegd aan de bevoegde rechter te Rotterdam.

1. General

These terms apply to all services and training programs offered by Flight School Europe, an EASA-approved ATO based in Rotterdam. By using our services, the student agrees to these terms and conditions.

2. Registration & Payment

  • Registration is confirmed only upon written approval and full payment.

  • All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

  • Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellation & Changes

  • Cancellations are free of charge up to 7 days before the start of training. After that, fees may apply.

  • In case of no-show or late cancellation, the full amount will be charged.

  • The flight school reserves the right to reschedule or cancel lessons due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather or technical issues).

4. Responsibility & Liability

  • The student is responsible for following instructions and safety procedures.

  • The flight school is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property unless caused by gross negligence.

  • A valid medical certificate (Class 1 or 2) is required before any flight training begins.

5. Conduct & Safety

  • Unsafe behavior, substance use, or refusal to follow instructions may result in immediate termination of training without refund.

  • All students must comply with EASA and local aviation regulations at all times.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All training materials, documents, and procedures remain the property of the flight school and may not be copied or distributed without prior consent.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam.
